This equipment is a professional machine aimed at the middle and later stages of the inductor manufacturing process. The first process is to sort the bulk inductors and immerse the tin, and then automatically braid the inductors on the slats. It is suitable for occasions where inductors are produced in large quantities and on assembly lines. Operation process: pre-place the bulk inductor with the pin facing up on the aluminum strip, and put the aluminum strip into the work area together. The belt drives the aluminum strip into the braid area (the strip is located on the opposite side of the aluminum strip). In the zone, the adhesive paper driven by the roller fixes the bulk inductor sent by the belt on the corresponding slat. The aluminum strip (the inductor has been removed) is separated from one side, and the inductance braided on the slab continues to be conveyed by the belt, separated and arranged neatly at the discharge. Used for the next process such as powder bag.
